Memory problems were significant for a full 3 weeks. It took a full 10 days for me to be okay again, not myself, but not constantly asleep and dizzy/fuzzy/confused. But after a 2 hour apt he said he was 90% sure this was an extreme hemiplegic migraine. Initially he was sure it was seizures because of me extreme fatigue and delirium. The next morning I went to the neurologist. I had slept more than 20 hours every day since this started. They added Valium and that made the spinning stop. Again they said maybe a complex migraine, but also possibly some sort of vestibular or temporal seizure.

I tried to go to work, but ended up being taken back to the hospital in the morning on the 13. I regained the use of my left side on the 12 but the vertigo and spinning and nausea got worse. They said maybe some sort of complex migraine? And sent me home with meclizine and a neuro apt on the 14.

I had 2 CT scans (with and without contrast) an MRI and a bunch of blood work, all of which came back clear. We went to the ER in the afternoon of the 11th.
